Prepared for Class 
3pts- Always prepared for class with paper, sharpened pencils, dry erase marker, notebook, Independent Reader, etc.  
2pts- Is prepared for class most of the time. 
1pt-   Is not prepared for class on a consistent basis. 

Assignments 
3pts- Always turns in assignments on time. When absent, completes missing work in a timely manner. 
2pts- Almost always turns assignments in on time. 1-4 assignments were turned in late or not at all.  
1pt-   Has either turned in assignments late more than 4 times or has not turned them in at all 
  
10-12 points= Satisfactory 
7-9 points=Needs Improvement 
6 or less points= Unsatisfactory
